The dealer let me know what time my car would be ready for pick up. But then the day before pick up they left my car outside in the storm to let it get dirty. They should’ve let me know the earlier time that I could’ve picked up my car and not let us sit out in that stormy dirty weather.

Since being in on 2/15 for oil change and cabin filter replacement, my truck wouldn't start on the 16th to go to work. Husband took me to work. Took it to Rexx battery in the 17th for new battery as thought that was issue since truck over 4 years old. New battery and less than 2 hours later, BRAND NEW BATTERY DEAD. I think Friendly did something to short something out and it's draining the battery. Called service department and didn't get call back yet. Taking back to Rexx on the 18th and Monday will contact Chevy again.

Never had a great experience at LM Ford with my Jeep. I was prepared for anything but pleasantly surprised. I was in and out in an hour like they told me. No issues. Plus a free car wash which in the winter my car needed. Impressed.

Only problem I had was they told me there was a shuttle to take me to work. Only reason I agreed on time. I finally called a friend. And I was late for work. Also I had my oil changed and I got charged for 8 quarts of oil. My vehicle does not hold that much. Cost $90 to change my oil. I won’t be back. I’ll find someone else.

I was scheduled for an oil change for my Chevy Sonic and ran into Derik the salesman there and he helped me upgrade from the Sonic to a Chevy Equinox. I was not expecting to get a new truck that day. Happy Derik was there to assist. He’s awesome! Allen in finance is too! Thank you! :)
