1 1/2 hrs to change oil and rotate tires.was done in 1 hr but lady at desk couldn’t find George for 30 minutes to get paper work. Then they parked truck at far end of lot when finished. I HAD A BROKEN LEG so bad deal. My son was going to trade trucks up there but not anymore. We will never be back.

I was able to review the in-stock Equinox models online and make an appointment to test drive the car. Gary Pate was the ideal salesman, orienting me to the vehicle, answering questions, being patient. He was not high-pressure and treated me with respect. I feel that that I was given a fair trade in as well as purchase price. I love the car!

We were treated well. The one piece that is confusing is the way the extended warranty is shown as part of the monthly payment versus a total. Showing both helps.

Went in to have oil change and a recall on truck computer updated. When I got in my truck oil life hadn’t been reset, no oil sticker in window. Also, had a service driver assist light on the dash. Went on to get service advisor he fixed the oil life and sticker but didn’t seem concerned about the service assist light. Said come back if it stays on. So now I have to schedule an appointment and waste my time because they couldn’t just fix what they broke while in for service. I shouldn’t be inconvenienced because of laziness. Shouldn’t have had to go back in and request oil life be reset and a sticker put in window. Makes me question whether my oil was actually changed.
